This is a collection of photos from a practice session Holly and I did in the middle of winter. We shot at several locations around Plymouth. It was a great learning experience. The lighting was horrendously bright, with the clear skies and the snow reflection the light. This lighting is not the best for portraits, but there is a lot to be learned by shooting in less than perfect environments.
A special thank you for Holly on this one. It was about 12 degrees outside, and she had a nasty cold. She really hung in there, and had a great time despite the conditions. You can hardly tell that she’s freezing and miserable in these pictures.
